Dear Parents/Guardians, 1 May 2020
I am so proud to see how Kaasthamandap Family has been coming together despite such adversities with a common shared mission of giving continuity to the education of our children.
I extend my heartfelt appreciation to all the parents and students for your cooperation in collaborating with the school to commence the Online Teaching-Learning and continuing steadily to complete two weeks now. Due to the need of the hour, we have had to use alternative ways and 21st century tools have turned out to be the biggest blessing. Online learning will be our new journey for the days ahead until the CoViD crisis gets over. We are all in this new-shift together so it is necessary that we all stay on the same page to make sure our children are progressing together.
It is also necessary to continue to express wholehearted gratitude to our teachers and coordinators for the amount of time and energy they have been putting in as well as adapting out of their comfort zone to ensure learning takes place. Sincere and heartfelt thanks also to our computer teachers, who have been continuously providing support-sessions to make all subject teachers more confident in using the online tools for the smooth operation of our distance learning programme.
We have been receiving an absolutely amazing level of encouragement from parents. Thank you for your kind words and gestures of readiness to provide support as well as acknowledgement of the effort of the teachers, which might otherwise have gone unnoticed, left behind the screens so to speak! This is why I would like to express the most sincere “thank you” to you all again because this is what keeps us and our team of teachers motivated and willing to give more!
I know, things might not be going perfectly, with a few setbacks here and there, but we are definitely getting better! Let us all take this chapter we are making in the history of education gracefully and strive towards making our Online-learning journey a success by providing continuous support, constructive feedback and encouragement to each other.
Please stay safe and stay healthy!
